Ledra Brands Names Jade Turney President, Ushering in a New Chapter of Leadership

The story of Ledra Brands began in 1993, when founder Alex Ladjevardi established what was then known as Bruck Lighting in the United States. With a simple but powerful dream—to bring beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and innovative lighting solutions to the U.S. market—Alex set the foundation for a company built on creativity, quality, and integrity. His vision was not just to illuminate spaces, but to enhance the way people feel within them.

In 1998, his daughter Jade Turney joined the company after earning her degree in International Business. Jade immersed herself in every aspect of the organization, working across departments and learning the business from the ground up. Her dedication, leadership mindset, and deep-rooted love for the family company have been instrumental in shaping Ledra Brands into the trusted manufacturer it is today.

Today, we are proud to announce an important milestone in our company’s journey. Alex Ladjevardi will transition into the role of Chairman of the Board, where he will continue to guide the company’s long-term vision. Jade Turney has been appointed President of Ledra Brands, marking a meaningful generational transition and a renewed commitment to the values that have defined us for more than three decades.
