Glendale, Arizona – September 1st, 2026 – Barron Lighting Group, a leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial lighting solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clint Wells as Western Regional Vice President.

In this key sales role, Wells will serve as the primary architect of growth across 12 western states, driving regional sales strategies for Barron’s product portfolio. Clint brings over a decade of technical sales, business development, and energy-efficiency expertise in the lighting and electrical industries. He will work closely with Barron’s representative partners, distributors, and specifiers while acting as a strategic bridge between field sales and internal factory operations.

Most recently, Wells served as Regional Sales Manager – West Coast at SLG Lighting, where he set back-to-back western region sales records. His career highlights also include key sales and business development positions at Forman & Associates, as well as roles at Graybar Electric, Philips Lighting, and Nelson & Associates.

Based in California, Wells holds certifications in LED technology and lighting fundamentals, and is completing his Certified Lighting Controls Professional (CLCP) credential. He also served ten years with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
