Roth Sheppard Architects got inventive with their design for the Hapa Sushi Restaurant in Denver, CO. The design and the restaurant’s cuisine dynamically blend traditional Japanese influence with modern elements from other cultures. The restaurant is divided into four zones which bring contrasting elements to the space, which add “flashes of unanticipated excitement.”
