Join the DLFNY and Focus Lighting for a tour of The Waterline Club, a grand amenities center beneath the heart of the Waterline Square luxury residences in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Focus worked with Rockwell Group on this 60,000 square foot high-end amenities space to create a natural feeling environment in this subterranean area. The team focused on illuminating the sweeping volumes with lighting guided by the passage of time. As the light shifts from the warm tones of sunrise to cooler daylight tones, the feeling of the space is transformed and gives the sense that the space is as alive as the world above. They also used lighting to unify the many unique amenity spaces, from a bowling alley and game lounge to an entire pool and spa.
