Engineering News-Record (ENR) New York has announced the 20 winners of their 2023 Top Young Professionals competition. Among the honorees is Ilva Dodaj who has been recognized for her dedication and contributions to the industry.
In a Linked In posting, Ilva expressed gratitude for the support received from colleagues, mentors, and partners in their professional and volunteer pursuits. She highlighted the privilege of working with some of the most talented professionals in the industry on major projects for New York and beyond, as well as the opportunity to teach and mentor the young talent in organizations such as the SSA and Domingo Gonzalez Associates (DGA)
The ENR New York Top Young Professionals competition recognizes individuals under the age of 40 who have made a significant impact in the construction and design industry. The winners were selected based on their professional experience, leadership qualities, and community involvement.
Ilva joins 19 other exceptional professionals in the industry and acknowledges their hard work and dedication. Together, they aim to continue making a positive impact in the industry and communities. Ilva has received many awards in her career including designing lighting’s (dl) Lighting Designer of the Year in 2021.
ENR will recognize the awardees at the Top Young Professionals Conference set for March 8-10 in New Orleans.
