Rita Harrold retires from the Certified Lighting Designer Board of Commissioners.
The CLD Commission wishes to express enormous gratitude and thanks to Rita for her dedication, leadership and service to the CLD programme as a Commission Board Member. As a past IESNA President and recipient of the 2022 IES Presidential Award, Rita’s knowledge and experience in the lighting industry helped guide the certification programme as it launched and unfolded. Her generous spirit and engaging personality also made her an enjoyable force on the Board. We thank Rita for her time, valuable input and shared company over the past seven years.

Formally Principal of Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design and past President of the IALD, Barbara brings her wealth of experience, skill and credibility which will assist the certification programme grow and gain traction with lighting designers across the globe.
