New Canvas light sheet is designed for backlighting architectural features, semi-transparent countertops and walls in vibrant colors and designs
DENVER – PRIZM Lighting, an industry leader specializing in high-end LED lighting products for a range of applications, introduces its Canvas Digital Pixel RGBW Light Sheet, a 12” x 24” sheet with digitally addressable RGB+W (3000K) LED “pixels” via SPI every 3”x3”. With its digital addressable capabilities, the Canvas Digital Pixel RGBW is able to create custom animations and designs to awe and inspire. Every sheet is field-cuttable to 3” x 3” for a precise fit for custom lighting applications.
Ideal for backlighting semi-translucent materials, the Canvas Digital Pixel RGBW light sheet can deliver millions of unique colors and full customizable designs. Built-in spacers help lift transparent materials a ½” off the light sheet for a leveled and diffused lighting effect. Each Canvas sheet delivers up to 1050 lumens using only 56 watts, operating at 24V DC.
For quick and easy installations, the Canvas Digital Pixel RGBW features a 3M peel-and-stick backing with a load rating of 220 lbs. per sheet of support. The light sheet also has built-in terminal ports that make it easy to run power from any side to further simplify installation.
The Canvas Digital Pixel RGBW light sheet is cULus listed and maintains its UL listing when cut. It performs in temperatures ranging from 20°C (4°F) to 45°C (113°F) with a 50,000-hour performance life. As a complement to the Canvas Digital Pixel RGBW, American Lighting also offers single color and tunable white Canvas LED Sheets that can be ordered to provide white light ranging from 2700K to 6000K CCT to match almost any lighting criteria.
