WILD is launching a FREE mentorship program for its members, starting in January as a pilot program. It will run for three months, requiring a commitment of about 3 hours per month. This initiative aims to connect women at various career stages in the lighting industry, promoting leadership, community support, and knowledge sharing. The program will involve small peer-to-peer groups, with participants taking on both mentor and mentee roles to facilitate personal and professional growth and expand networks. All WILD members are encouraged to participate by filling out a short survey or reaching out via email.
