2024 ALA Women in Lighting Mentor Program
From February to November 2024, everyone will be placed in MENTORSHIP GROUPS where we can all learn from each other within the Lighting Industry. Whether you are new to the industry or have years of experience, the WIL Mentorship Program is designed for everyone.
Each Mentorship Group will be guided by a Women in Lighting Committee member. Ask questions, share experiences, discuss issues and ideas, and more. We believe that by sharing our wealth of knowledge, expertise, and best practices, we can all grow and succeed.
Registration is open NOW through January 14th. Everyone must to sign up even if you’ve previously participated in the program.
