The deadline for lighting professionals to participate in the IALD 2024 Compensation and Workforce Study is fast approaching, closing on Friday, November 15. The IALD encourages industry members to take a few moments to complete the survey and contribute to building an insightful profile of the lighting design profession.
Participation in this study will help create a comprehensive report on compensation, workforce trends, and business structures in the global lighting design industry. This survey is open to all lighting professionals, regardless of IALD membership status. Data is collected confidentially by research company PeriscopeIQ, which ensures responses are anonymized before results are aggregated and shared.
As a token of appreciation, all participants will receive a **FREE Executive Summary** of the findings. Additionally, participants will be entered into a drawing for a full registration to either IALD Enlighten Europe or IALD Enlighten Americas in 2025.
