June 17th, 2026 — Reveal Design Group, an independent award-winning architectural lighting design firm based in New York City, today announces the appointment of Brian Sterback as Chief Revenue Officer. In this newly created role, Sterback will lead business development and revenue strategy, strengthening the firm’s partnerships with architects, interior designers, developers, and industry collaborators across the country.
Sterback brings 20 years of experience in the architectural lighting industry to the role. Most recently serving as Vice President of Sales East at CS Illumination, he built and led a regional sales operation spanning the Eastern United States. Prior roles at Ecosense Lighting, where he rose from Regional Sales Manager to Sales Director for the New York City metro market, as well as positions at Illuminico and Philips Lighting, established him as a recognized figure among specifiers, lighting designers, and distributors, with particularly deep relationships across the New York and Northeast markets.
