Pika, pronounced pie-kuh, takes its name from a small mountain-dwelling mammal known for doing a lot with very little. It is a fitting name for Pinnacle’s 1″ micro-linear family, designed to deliver precise, repeatable results in a remarkably compact form.
At the center of Pika’s design is a simple idea: small size should not require sacrificing performance or flexibility. When a project calls for a restrained linear lighting presence, a smaller solution can be the smarter fit. Pika is available in Direct, Indirect, and Direct/Indirect distributions, giving designers the ability to adapt the system to different lighting needs while maintaining the same minimal 1″ profile.

More than 50 possible optical configurations expand that flexibility further. A range of distributions and shielding options allow Pika to support both ambient illumination and more specialty lighting applications. Direct and indirect light can also be controlled independently, giving designers greater flexibility to balance light within a space and shape light with confidence.
Pika offers multiple mounting approaches, including suspended, pendant arm, and wall arm configurations. Intuitive 345° rotational adjustment allows designers to direct illumination exactly where it is needed and gives greater control over how light interacts with surrounding architecture.
The family was also designed with continuous linear applications in mind. Magnetic snap-joiners simplify straight-run connections while helping maintain tight, consistent seams between fixture sections. Six hub options extend the system beyond straight runs, giving designers more flexibility to create patterns and geometric configurations within the architecture.
Together, these capabilities allow Pika to move easily between broad architectural lighting and more focused design moments. It can provide ambient illumination across shared spaces, define circulation and transition zones, trace architectural features, support work and gathering areas, or bring added emphasis to artwork, signage, displays, feature walls, and library stacks.
By combining precise optical control, flexible aiming, and system-level versatility in a 1″ profile, Pika gives designers more ways to integrate light without overwhelming the architecture.
