Looking ahead, the Silhouette Awards is currently accepting applications for new mentors until Monday, August 5, 2024. The programme seeks senior professionals from the Lighting Industry with over 15 years of experience to guide and support emerging talent. Successful applicants will be contacted in early September, with the new mentorship season beginning in mid-September. The winners will be announced at the end of February, and the mentorship will run from March 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025.
