Sonya Simmonds, Head of Workplace, Design and Build at Spotify anticipates that office space designs will more closely resemble the home environment as a result of the Pandemic. Working from home this year has illuminated that flexibility, comfort, and dynamicity are now critical to effective workspaces and happy employees. Sonya also predicts that acoustics and music will now play an even larger role in Spotify’s office designs, as well as become commonplace in other more corporate sectors.
