Retailers are showing increasing interest in the use of lighting fixtures, specifically designed to emphasize the references showcased. In detail, the narrow beam solution is more and more appreciated, since it allows to play with the light according to the needs of each display space, for a greater emotional engagement of the consumer. In this sense, Imoon has already carried out more than fifty lighting installations for the North American market, to emphasize corners and specific areas of stores, to which are added the projects carried out in collaboration with the partner Schweitzer. The latter are based on the Ambient electrified system and have been designed for the Sobeys and Foodland brands, among which the Canadian store in Orangeville and the Hawaiian one in Waikiki, respectively, stand out.
For the first retailer, Imoon has improved the lighting of supermarket aisles by applying three families of products equipped with specialized LEDs, such as Meat Fish HD, to the Ambient track: Maxi P slim linear element that combines aesthetics and efficiency, Krios and Venere Pro in projector and recessed versions to emphasize the fresh food areas, including bakery, cheese and deli. For the second retailer, innovation comes in the combination of narrow-beam spotlights with the new 3000 HD special LED, also used for general lighting, benefiting superior light quality throughout the store. The versatility of the concept, a union of energy efficiency and aesthetics, becomes a furnishing element, distinctive for each brand.
