For the 2024 Enlighten Conferences in London and San Diego, the Call for Presentations is open. They’re seeking dynamic speakers to lead impactful sessions, emphasizing that lighting designers learn best from each other. Presentation proposals are accepted online from December 7th, 2023, to January 18th, 2024, via the IALD portal.
The conferences center around three pillars: Creativity, Commerciality, and Collaboration. Creativity sparks new ideas, while Commerciality translates them into valuable products or services. Collaboration merges diverse perspectives, refining ideas and driving projects towards success.
The agenda includes various sessions and workshops covering topics like Sustainable Lighting, Business Management, and Case Studies. Speakers are compensated ($500-$1000 USD/£400-£800) per session and receive a full conference registration. However, they can’t promote specific product lines or demonstrate equipment from only one manufacturer.
