WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time Early Career Lighting Designer for our Irvine, CA office. Be involved in projects with our Property & Buildings Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact
- Under general supervision, provides technical support for project designers with the production of lighting projects. Tasks may include basic assistance with the research, design, concept development, lighting layout, and architectural coordination for all project types.
- Assist with performing basic professional lighting design work relating to conducting research and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, equipment, layout, and systems to determine conformance with applicable standards and codes.
- Assist with basic technical assistance on various design, installation, and integration issues relating to creating state of the art lighting design that is innovative and inspiring, developing luminaire and controls specifications, applying daylighting/harvesting, and creating spaces that impact building capabilities, ambiance, safety, and security.
- Assist with generating complete, accurate, and concise documentation and specifications using electronic systems, artistic renderings, drawings, diagrams, illustrations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Complete training on assigned tasks.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Theater Production Design or related degree.
- 0 to 1 years of relevant post education experience.
- Prior internship experience, leadership experience, or relevant coursework.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth in the designated territory; manages relationships with Sales Representative Agencies (Reps) to ensure performance and accountability; works with Reps to establish distributor relationships and service existing relationships to drive sales and growth; leverages sales management experience and lighting industry or similar technology background to drive revenue opportunities by developing, organizing, implementing, managing, and executing against the strategic plan for the Regional Sales segment; identifies and develops sales opportunities and long-term relationships with established and new customers, leveraging both direct and indirect sales resources; creates plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures that are aligned with the Company’s overall mission and objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Assumes full management responsibility for all Regional Sales programs, services, and activities to grow our business by creates value for our customers and developing own territory
• Develops area sales network and pipeline; penetrates major, significant accounts, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships; defines annual goals, strategies, and methods to evaluate segments profitability and sales performance
