Essential Functions:
Completing lighting calculations in AGI and review calculations completed by lighting design intern and less experienced professionals to aid in fixture selections and layouts
Has extensive knowledge of the IES lighting handbook and associated Recommended Practice documents

We are looking for an intermediate lighting designer with project management experience, Revit skills and a passion for lighting. Two - three years experience with a lighting design firm would be great.
Most of our work is in the international and domestic high end Hospitality and Residential segments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brainstorm, conceptualize and produce a wide range of 3D graphics and animations
Support the complete team with concept sketches, designs, and mock-ups
Ability to create expressive character animations portraying a wide range of emotions
Work with our creative team to expand our animation creation capacity through recruitment and management of external resources
Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and the design elements they want.
Interpreting abstract business concepts and client briefs and turning them into creative ideas.
Creating storyboards and mockups for clients and the design team to visualize the completed project.
Pitching ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicating the project outline to the design team.
Choosing the design elements for different projects.
Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' needs.
Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational background in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field preferred.
Federal Aviation Administration Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) - Training and Certification paid for and provided by TGA.
Experience working in 3D asset creation using programs such as Blender, C4D, 3DS Max and Maya is highly preferred.
Proven experience working in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other technologies utilized in digital art production
Able to create low-poly assets and work with Point Cloud
Experience in rigging and animating
Passionate about drones
Ability to articulate and communicate effectively
Good interpersonal and teamwork oriented skill set
Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
Fast learner with an agile approach to design
Be able to give and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams
