Assist with performing basic professional lighting design work relating to conducting research and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, equipment, layout, and systems to determine conformance with applicable standards and codes.

As a Senior Lighting Designer, you will be considered a first-level project manager. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, coordinating client meetings, and advancing project design. You will also be entrusted with managing projects.

In your role, you will: Collaborate with clients to understand their lighting design needs and preferences, providing expert advice and solutions. Develop and present creative and innovative lighting concepts and designs tailored to client requirements. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to present ideas, produce detailed lighting plans, and documentation for projects. Utilize AGI to photometrically model and test designs. Manage the lighting design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct on-site evaluations to assess existing lighting conditions and make recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable lighting practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team.
